I help ladies of all ages, move through times of grief and the many moments of loss, we experience throughout our lifetime, and return to their functional lives, with meaning and purpose, through the wisdom of Yoga and Meditation; connecting with an inner-knowing, innate within us all, for deep comfort and healing and intuitive practices, such as; breathwork, meditation, asana (the physical practice of Yoga), and working with the more subtle anatomy of ourself - the elegant system of the Chakra centres of life and consciousness in the spine and brain, the Nadi energy channels.
